Tram Nguyen (Vietnam) 
Nguyen Tram (Theresa) was trained to be a yoga teacher at Sivananda Yoga Ashram in the US and India. More infomation www.sivananda.org. Experience a deep one and a half hour traditional ancient classical Hatha Yoga practice with her, senior teacher with Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram.
This Sadhana class includes intermediate asanas, pranayama (Breathing exercise) and meditation techniques for energy, body and mind balance.
Mr. Phuong (Vietnam)
Mr. Phuong Nguyen is the Head Master of the Vietnamese Yoga Association and he has been practicing Yoga for over twenty years. He began teaching in 1997 at the request of the Vietnamese Sport Institution. He invites you to join him at “La Maison de L’Apothiquaire” to achieve health and well-being through Hatha Yoga.
Ms. Monica (India)
Monika comes from the Land of Yoga Rishikesh, a small town on the foothills of Himalayas & started practicing yoga at a very young age. Her passion for Yoga compelled her to travel to nearly all Yoga Institutions and Ashrams in India, where she gained her extensive knowledge from the masters who devote their life to Yoga. Monika has taught Yoga in India, France, Italy, United Kingdom since 1999. Monica teaches Iyengar, Hatha, Raj, Vinyasa and Asthanga Yoga.
Ms. Quyen Dang (Vietnam)
Her fisrt encounter of Yoga was in 1994 with Indian teacher (Yogaksemananda) at the Traditional Medicine Institute in Vientam After, helping her teacher for demonstrating and translating in the class for two years, shestarted teaching her own style called' flow yoga 'with meditation. From 2001 to 2006, she was working from at the fitness center at Sofitel Hotel Plaza.She was in charge of yoga, aerobic and gym instructor. As she teaches, she goes to study from Adrian Cox, Director and instructor of Yoga Elements Studio in Bangkok, Thailand to develop her understanding ofYoga. Recently, Quyen attended the intensive trainning in Mysore.
Ms. Talitha (USA)
Talitha took her first yoga class in 1998, soon after she be gan studying with Saraswathi Devi at Yogalayam in Oakland and was introduced to pranayama and the ethics and philosophy of yoga. In 2006 she completed her teacher training and became a resident karma yogi at the Sivananda Ashram in California where she studied yoga asanas, philosophy, pranayama, and ayurveda, as she continued to work, live and teach there over the following year. In 2007 she left the ashram to travel South East Asia and India. |

Etienne (France)
Etienne’s passion for Martial Arts developed when he was still very young. Every day after school, Etienne used to meet with his friends to test each other’s strength. Impressed by the fairness and principles of martial arts, and especially the respect for one’s opponents, Etienne sought to further his knowledge by becoming a disciple of Chinese masters. Specializing in Chinese martial arts such as Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong and Da Cheng Quan, Etienne practiced with his masters in France and China for many years. Etienne’s current passion is to pass on his knowledge to younger generations. Etienne opened his own martial art schools in France to help youths and teenagers to develop positive energy. Etienne has gone on to create his own martial art style named YANGKIDO; he is also known as Master Nang-E. |

Vy is descended from an athlete of Aerobics. She has 5 year experience teaching at many Schools, Sport Clubs after being trained during 3 years at a Professional Sport Club. She has a passion for sport and always enthusiasts to bring more new creativity for her classes.

Ms. Inessa Parker (United Kingdom)
Inessa is an international oriental dance artist and has performed in Japan, UK, United Arab Emirates, Egypt… and most recently at Genting Highlands Resort in Malaysia. She has teached oriental dance classes for beginners and improvers in UK, trained and performed modern and folk dance whilst at Moscow State University. Later signed with Cleopatra Dance Agency in Moscow from 1990.

Ethan Thoi
Ethan Thoi has been working professionally as a dancer and a choreographer in Australia, South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore. He was trained to be an all-round performer that is to be trained in dancing, singing as well as acting. He worked with a number of well-known international performing artists including Andy Lau (Hong Kong star), Sara Loo (Miss Malaysia), Jodie Kidd (international supermodel), Chloe Rose Lattanzi (Olivia Newton John's daughter) amongst our local performers such as Lam Truong and Tam Ca Ao Trang. He has worked in film, television, musicals, concerts and commercials. He would like to contribute his skills and experience to the dance and stretch classes at L’Apothiquaire. He is able to speak Vietnamese and Chinese as well as English.
Ethan was trained in ballet, jazz, funk and hip hop. His class involves learning muscle awareness, posture, musicality, flexibility, dance techniques, artistic expression and most of all cardiovascular fitness in a fun approach. This is called Cardio Dance class. For those who would like to learn more about the techniques of dance, another class taken by Ethan is Technical Dance class. |
