SPA SUPERVISOR / SPA MANAGER
Requirements:
- Certificate: Bachelor of Art or higher
- Language: native English, speaking Vietnamese or Japanese is a plus
- Background: hospitality or hotel or tourism industry
- Attitude: proactive, strong communication, high flexibility, independent, motivate.
- Skills:
- Problem solving, staff management, customer service, team work, strong coordination.
- Well-experienced in hospitality and cosmetic field at management level is an advantage.
- Ability to handle difficult member/guest situations effectively with diplomacy and empathy.
- Maintain cooperation and teamwork in the spa, placing a high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee the operation of the Spa to ensure achievement of sales goals, business objectives and spa profitability. Assists in the annual budget planning process and regularly monitors expenditures.
- Responsible for the administration of working shifts and scheduling.
- Ability to handle difficult member/guest situations effectively with diplomacy and empathy.
- Maintain cooperation and teamwork in the spa, placing a high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
- Creating and maintaining a level of hospitality that makes all guests feel welcome and helps differentiate the business from the numerous storefront competitors.

- Daily report to Sales Director in terms of sales figures, room inspection, maintenance, and management difficulties.
Job description:
- The Spa Manager is responsible for keeping the spa running smoothly by ensuring that staffs have the training they need to perform all menus of services procedures, the knowledge they need to sell the retail product lines, and to assure the staff operates with peak efficiency through coordination, communication and cooperation.
- Ensure the SPA is reaching daily and monthly sales target directly and with the team.
- Sales, customer services, product training.

- Oversees overall Spa personnel and mediates problems, organize and set work schedules, create and present training programs, effectively communicate and enforce company rules and regulation.
- Effectively assist management in implementing spa objectives such as customer service, staff appearance standards, and hours of operation with making sure appropriate staffing levels are met.
- Schedule, plan and facilitate team meetings.
- Responsible for inventory ordering, controlling for products, equipment and supplies.
- Spearhead the recruitment, interviewing and selection of new personnel within the department.
- Review and evaluate employee performance on a regular basis, maintain detailed records on personnel issues, implement correction plans when necessary, handle customer complaints, and participate in termination proceedings as needed.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job description:
- Keep a clear and update organization and classification of all marketing, sales, fitness, PR and media activities. (Marketing and sales reports, Fitness report, Media booking, Press Release classification, contacts and database etc).
- Assist Marketing and sales department in document translation.
- Assist Marketing and sales department in products and material sourcing.
- Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
- Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
- Works with journalists, writers and artists and oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials.
- Develop a close relationship with journalists to develop PR activities.
- Assist in all above and below the line marketing activities such as seminars, direct mails, emails campaign, exhibition.
- Research and suggest media and marketing activities among Vietnamese media (TV, print, events etc).
- Develop the Vietnamese market under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing department management.
- Cooperate to create training materials, upgrade website.
- Represent L’Apothiquaire image in any circumstances.
BEAUTY CONSULTANT

Job description:
- Learn and study clearly all L’Apothiquaire products and spa services.
- Introduce and consult services and product to clients, provide clear and deep information on company, products, brand concept, create clients satisfaction, needs and trust in L’Apothiquaire spa and cosmetics.
- Introduce customer skincare follow-up programs with the objective to book 3 skin treatments (plus a set of products to continue the treatment at home).
- Collect detailed information from clients for customer services program and follow up.
- Check if Vietnamese labels are on the products.
- Cashier’s duty: Make sure to receive correct amount of money for product and services sold – be responsible for this transaction.
- Selling outside of shop, visit clients (corporate companies etc…), offer free delivery for any purchase in HCMC.
- Distribute leaflets outside of shop when require.
- Maintain level of cleanness and attractiveness of the shop (L’Apothiquaire image), this means assisting with shop cleaning and follow the cleaning roster for product display shelf.
- Be responsible for the products ordering and supplies when needs in the shop.
- Answer telephone call with a smile, and correct pronunciation. Pay full attending when customer speaking and get the full information from customer such as Name, Phone number (if not hotel name and room number), name of the treatment.
- Make reservations with client’s name and phone’s number, the name of the Hotel the clients are staying at.
- Pickup clients at their hotel if they required.
- Travel to other branches within the company to fulfill duties as assigned or requested.
- Co-operation with other departments in the company to make the business a success. Maintain communication, cooperation and team work in the spa, placing a high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
- Continually learning new product and acquiring better selling skill to meet the monthly target.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by Spa Manager.
- Open the door to welcome the clients, offer tea, make written skin analysis for first time clients, explain that all facials are treatments with essential oils and clients will feel the active ingredients on their skin. Make sure that customer has any reaction or allergies in any essentials and take note.
- Open the door with smile to lead customer out after services to say thank you and goodbye.
- Other tasks are assigned by Spa Manager
