Ms. Tram Nguyen (Vietnam) 
Nguyen Tram (Theresa) is a yoga teacher, student of Swami Sitaramananda (www.swamisita.blogspot.com) She completed her Yoga Teachers Training in 2005 at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, California, USA. After her training she did stay at the ashram for another ten months to deepen her spiritual practice with daily practice of asanas, pranayama. In the beginning of the year 2008, she did the Advanced Teachers Training Course at Sivananda Yoga Ashram, Neyyar Dam, Kerala, South India. This training is an intensive and transformative experience.

Ms. Monica (India)
Monika comes from the Land of Yoga Rishikesh, a small town on the foothills of Himalayas & started practicing yoga at a very young age. Her passion for Yoga compelled her to travel to nearly all Yoga Institutions and Ashrams in India, where she gained her extensive knowledge from the masters who devote their life to Yoga. Monika has taught Yoga in India, France, Italy, United Kingdom since 1999. Monica teaches Iyengar, Hatha, Raj, Vinyasa and Asthanga Yoga.

Ms. Nhu Y Tran (Vietnam) 
Nhu Y began practising yoga consistently since 2005 and it has soon become her true passion. She wants to teach and wants people to become healthy, strong, free and at peace. She learned Power Yoga with certified Yoga teachers, amongst them are Tomoko Watanabe at L'Apothiquaire and Xiao Jing at True Yoga in Singapore. She has been trained by top Hatha Yoga trainers in HCMC Yoga Association, and she owns an Instructor's certificate issued by HCMC Department of Sports.
She is teaching in English and Vietnamese. |
Ms. Quyen Dang (Vietnam)
Her fisrt encounter of Yoga was in 1994 with Indian teacher (Yogaksemananda) at the Traditional Medicine Institute in Vientam After, helping her teacher for demonstrating and translating in the class for two years, shestarted teaching her own style called' flow yoga 'with meditation. From 2001 to 2006, she was working from at the fitness center at Sofitel Hotel Plaza.She was in charge of yoga, aerobic and gym instructor. As she teaches, she goes to study from Adrian Cox, Director and instructor of Yoga Elements Studio in Bangkok, Thailand to develop her understanding ofYoga. Recently, Quyen attended the intensive trainning in Mysore.

Mr. Satpal Rawat (India)
Yoga has been a part of his life since childhood at his home town, Rishikesh, India, the capital of yoga. He has beenstudying and upgrading his Yoga teacher certifications constantly since 2007.
He studied Yoga in India under the guidance of Yogacharya, Dr. Vijay Rayal and has completed a two year 500 hour Hatha Vinyasa Advanced Yoga Teacher certification course at Therapeutic Approach Yoga Studios. He has also completed an extensive course on Therapeutic Approach to qualify as teachers at Ayurveda Massage.

Mr. Etienne (France)
Etienne’s passion for Martial Arts developed when he was still very young. Every day after school, Etienne used to meet with his friends to test each other’s strength. Impressed by the fairness and principles of martial arts, and especially the respect for one’s opponents, Etienne sought to further his knowledge by becoming a disciple of Chinese masters. Specializing in Chinese martial arts such as Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong and Da Cheng Quan, Etienne practiced with his masters in France and China for many years. Etienne’s current passion is to pass on his knowledge to younger generations. Etienne opened his own martial art schools in France to help youths and teenagers to develop positive energy. Etienne has gone on to create his own martial art style named YANGKIDO; he is also known as Master Nang-E. |

Vy is descended from an athlete of Aerobics. She has 5 year experience teaching at many Schools, Sport Clubs after being trained during 3 years at a Professional Sport Club. She has a passion for sport and always enthusiasts to bring more new creativity for her classes.
